Sports Facility Hackers

Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 19, 2026

Sports Facility Hackers is operated by ClickMobile Solutions Inc. in Fullerton, California. This policy explains how we collect, use and share information when you use sportsfacilityhackers.com: reading the playbook, requesting the free Playbook or the Second Scoreboard systems check, registering for a live session, applying for the Founders cohort, or paying a Founders seat deposit.

Information We Collect

What you give us through our forms:

Payments: Founders seat deposits are paid through Stripe Checkout. Stripe collects your card details. We never see or store your full card number. We receive and keep your name, email address, the amount, the payment status and the Stripe session ID.

Collected automatically: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address and browser type. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page opens. If you arrive from an ad or link with campaign tags, we keep those tags in your browser tab so we can tell which campaign brought you to the Playbook or application. They are not tied to your name or email, except that the campaign name is saved with a systems check request.

Only if you allow it: the Meta Pixel, described below.

How We Use Information

Email And Unsubscribing

We email you only after you ask for something or tick the box that says you want the education series. You can stop emails at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any email or writing to the address below, and we will stop the series. We may still send messages about something you asked for, such as a deposit receipt or an application update.

Service Providers

We use these providers to run the site. They handle information for us under their own terms and privacy policies:

Some pages link to other sites, such as Cal.com for booking a call and YouTube. Their own policies apply once you leave our site.

Optional Facebook And Instagram Advertising Measurement

This is off by default. The first time you visit, we ask whether we may use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. Until you choose Allow, no Meta code loads and nothing is sent to Meta.

If you allow it, the Pixel loads from Meta, may set cookies in your browser (such as _fbp), and lets Meta receive your IP address, browser and device details and the page you are on, under Meta’s own policies. We then send Meta these events: a page view; viewing our Founders workflow page; “Lead” when you request the Playbook or the systems check; “CompleteRegistration” when you submit a Founders application; and “InitiateCheckout” when you start a seat deposit. Each event carries only the name of the page or form and, for the Playbook and the systems check, whether you said you run a facility, a league or both. We do not send your email address, name, phone number or written answers. Today, we do not send events to Meta from our own servers.

If you decline, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the Pixel stays off and the site works the same. Your choice is saved in your browser’s storage on this site. Under California law, sharing information with an advertising partner for ads can count as “sharing”. We only do it if you allow it, and you can change your mind at any time:

No Sale Of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers. Apart from the Meta events described above, which happen only if you allow them, we do not share your personal information with advertisers.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it. We may keep records we are required to keep, such as payment records.

Your Choices And Rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe at any time. If you live in California, you also have the right to know what personal information we collect and share, to delete or correct it, to opt out of sharing for advertising, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. Write to us at the address below. We may need to confirm it is you, and we will respond within the time the law allows.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit who can see submissions. No website or service can be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

Sports Facility Hackers is for business owners and operators. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes To This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
